Seems those payment attempts don't even reach stripe, as I am unable to find failed payments in the Dashboard.

An example of a successful Google Pay payment would be pi_3LGjEwJTOMfxkSn80UN41hz5

Since you are using Woocommerce, I would recommend to ask you question directly to Stripe support here: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Make sure to include relevant information, like screenshots, PaymentIntent ID, etc.
