Can you clarify what you mean by "Stripe flags some of our connected accounts inappropriately"?

The account you shared has the transfer capability inactive, is that the issue?

Stripe inactivated the account because it was inappropriately set up but we aren't sure what we did wrong in the coding

We don't know what we did wrong in setting it up or what the user did wrong in establishing his account

We haven't had any success there, they can't tell what the issue is, we feel like it is in our coding

its not an account issue, it is a coding issue

It looks like the account was rejected, so it is an account issue.

can you please tell me what field is flagging this?

our clients do not fall into the rejected account perimeters so we know there is something wrong, we are trying to find out what the trigger is for this....this is impacting our business
