I understand I need to do something in my integration to disable the hcaptcha validation.
that's not my understanding. If that's what support told you, you should ask them what you're supposed to change

AFAIK, this is something that we sometimes show from stripe.js if we feel the charge has a good chance to be fradulent or 'card testing' fraud, it's not usually something you control

My use case is UI automation test that are running all the time trying to make sure our system works as expected

no, like I said, we don't support automated testing with the likes of Selenium or so on, I'm sorry
