I asked the team but might not get a response because of timezones. Not familiar with the concept of a 9 digit ZIP and can't find any internal docs myself.

also worth maybe trying your API request without the whitespace, in case that influences this

It works if postal_code = 33701-4313 or postal_code = 337014313 , but it doesn’t work with a space as separator
