Hi, how can we help?

Hi

#

I'm using PaymentElement to do purchase using iDeal

#

Im using on_behalf_of: account_id to create paymentIntent

#

and problem is I get an error message saying Your destination account needs to have at least one of the following capabilities enabled: transfers, legacy_payments

vernal elk
#

Looks like your connected account doesn't have capabilities enabled, as the error stated

#

Depends on the account type (express/custom) you may need to fulfill its requirements

cedar delta
#

connect account is using express

#

connect accounts are onboarded succesfully

#

how can they enable those capabilities?

vernal elk
#

Can you give the connected account id?

cedar delta
#

Im not sure, might be this acct_1LOe5GQhcanjWU1K

vernal elk
#

Um I see it has transfer enabled

#

Are you sure you are using correct id? Please provide the request id (req_xxx)

#

It's acct_1LOdzTQXWTFNc2Bx and yes it has transfer disabled

cedar delta
#

so where and how to enable this?

#

because clients don't know

vernal elk
#

Did you create it by the Account Link flow?

#

I would assume some information your client input wasn't correct

#

Speak to Support would be fastest as they can assist you about account verification/updating

Yes, clients are onboarded using express onboarding UI
