I'm looking at the invoice and it looks like the plan is set to a monthly plan that was created in 2017. I also downloaded the invoice's PDF and it shows the same thing. Where are you seeing that the invoice is yearly?

the planID on the invoice_line_item is mailshake-july2017-monthly but the planID on the subscritpion_item is mailshake-july2018-pro-yearly
Ahhh, okay. Yeah, that seems like a Dashboard bug. I don't see anything on the object or the PDF receipt that have anything to do with an annual price/plan, so this is likely just a UI issue with the Dashboard itself. I'll surface to the product team
