What's the exact use-case here?

We have the same client in theory, but on our application we have a different identifier for another new account they want to setup with us.

If we point to the same record, it creates an issue since we use the meta data on the customer record for our CRM and other data sync operations.

I see. I don't think we support cloning the customers or the associated payment method within the same account 😦

You'd likely want to create a new customer and collect the payment method details again
