When trying to proceed to 'delivery options' on our website utilizing Stripe payments, it won't load. It worked for months but out of nowhere stopped.

Anyone familiar with the issue? Any help would be very much appreciated!

No, it is simply when trying to proceed from the card after I put in my address & so on.

Backing up - are you using a third party (that uses Stripe) or is this an integration you have built yourself?

I'm not fully following what the screenshot it showing - is the error happening AFTER you press that button?

When pressing that button it doesn't load

It spins for 5 seconds then doesn't take me to the next pag

Gotcha - so you need to contact Shopify about this. I'm not sure what exactly that button does (because Shopify is in control of their integration) and someone who's familiar with how that button is implemented will need to take a closer look
