this link says a local bank account is created for the customer to send money to

but i've been told in Sweden for example the customer can only send money in Euros not Krona

Did Stripe support tell you that?

and i've tried a couple of things with the api to see if I can use Krona in test mode but i'm having issues doing that

Gotcha. Yeah I'm not 100% sure about that myself, but that seems true as EU, GB, MX, and JP are the supported areas. I would think those 4 associated currencies would be the ones accepted
