That's not a decline code, that's more an API error

Ok thanks! That's good to know... unfortunately our logs didn't store any details except for the error message and our internal ID (but no external IDs from stripe)

We will update our system to store more information for future errors ... and I'll be in touch again in this thread if I come across the same error in a future charge where I have more details to share

so if you look at that customer, their default payment method is the ACH Credit Transfer Source. And you can't charge them if there's no money in the Source see https://stripe.com/docs/sources/ach-credit-transfer
