Does the device function properly outside of this?

Brand new device.

This happened after a firmware update was attempted by Blackbaud MobilePay Terminal. Other devices worked / update suscessfully.

I also have a support discussion open with Blackbaud... was hoping that firmware manufacture would be more informative about recovery.
