There is a default 3D security flow when we issue a card from stripe so there we see a logo of stripe when user authorize the transaction

Yeah I'm not as familiar with Issuing as the person you are chatting with already on email. Follow-up and ask them. They offered to help you out if you let them know you are interested in that approach
