Hi there! I'm pasting your question in this thread:
Anyone know why a client would start seeing "Incomplete" duplicate payments with "Succeeded" ones, from I can see from Googling I think it's to do with "Payment Intents" maybe? My client has also reported that they made a monthly payment which again has duplicate "Succeeded" and "Cancelled" entry as well?
