Hi there! I'm pasting your question in this thread:

Anyone know why a client would start seeing "Incomplete" duplicate payments with "Succeeded" ones, from I can see from Googling I think it's to do with "Payment Intents" maybe? My client has also reported that they made a monthly payment which again has duplicate "Succeeded" and "Cancelled" entry as well?

Can you share the PaymentIntent ID of an incomplete payment?

It's charity donations so most are monthly recurring payments which have been working up until recently

But in general it's normal to have incomplete PaymentIntent. It just means the customer didn't complete the full payment flow.

If you want us to investiguate we need the PayementIntent ID (or account ID) to check.
