There's specific models that have the trunk, like the white one, the blue one, you'll figure out after few tries

Other than that, you get it from doing refineries which uses the extraction/refinery permit cards you find randomly in crates.

Other way would be to pump crude oil and refine it once to get mixed fuel and refine it again to get premium fuel

Not worth to use premium fuel for cars n bikes tbh
