Here's a cookie cutter example for you ig. Bread and butter combo for Heng is:

h > HD > h > cV > G > V

h horizontal
HD hold dodge
cV crouch vertical/uppercut
G grapple (do a grapple bump)
Big tip: To do a grapple bump, hold A or D as you throw your grapple.
V hold vertical (one charge)

Do note that h > HD > h is soft true. So if you want true:

h > cV > G > V

You just omit the 1st part, pft.

So yeah. That's like one of the many comboes you can do. There are a ton of Katana/Heng comboes. Good lord there are too many.

As for your timing issues, I guess try buffering inputs. As in clicking in advance.

||Don't even bother using Blue during Neutral. Only use it when you have soft/true combo on bot. Why? Because the likeliness a Hard Bot will do a 0ms parry on you is like 70/30. ||

||Also you've probably noticed this from Medium Bots already but, they also know how to Parry Bait. Not only that but they do it so much more often and they release Blue on random instead of a fixed charge (Like Easy Bots always releasing on 1st and 3rd Blue. So it's very easy to predict/react parry.). Now, can you still parry Hard Bots? Absolutely, 1000%. I can parry Hard Bots. Just don't have that as the first thing on your mind when starting a fight against them.||
