We people in school uni or working already with different kind of experiences and skills which could be very helpful to each other. Just imagine teaching math to somebody who is just in school 7th grade while you are in your 2nd year uni or so. That could be done for a special role to motivate ppl to do that or so.
Also since people here are across whole world, this could also be done for practicing languages
