I am having huge issues with visual bugs, they are so bad, it's making the game unplayable!!
Seems every single community job on sandbox mode has this bug 😢 This started happening after the last game update but it only appeared on some jobs now it seems to be every job. Please do an update and fix these issues!

Could you let us know the name or names of the community jobs where the bug occurs? That would help us fix the issue faster. Also, are you playing on Xbox Series S or X?

This problem started after the last update in Feb. At first, it only happened on 1 or 2 Mod.io Jobs (For example: The first job I noticed it on was House in the woods by Katerina_40, It appears the visual issues is happening to other Xbox users as stated in their comments). Then over time, the problem got worse, where it was happening to many of the jobs (examples: Lucky charm Country Hotel JOB by dejulie1970
Grandmas Old bungalow JOB by dejulie1970, Box Filled Home by littleneonpea).
