#Freezing and game crashing trying to use custom pics

Since this new update I’ve been trying to use custom pictures and it keeps crashing everytime. It won’t even load them. I deleted and redownloaded the app but still having the same issue, also I have noticed the game freezing more frequently pls help

Hi, are you playing on Xbox? Also, could you tell us when the freezes are happening? If you could record a video of the bug, I would be grateful 🙏

Also, do you remember how many custom pictures you had subscribed to? Was it a lot?

Same, my game keeps freezing then crashes before kicking me out the game. I've restarted the game 6 times since the update. I've been playing on sandbox mode, and my xbox is not liking it one bit 😒
