I recently went back to play HF1 and I realized that I really do miss some of the features in that game.

The main feature being the auctioning. So we can sell houses in hf2 but it just really feels like it's lacking in personality. I'd like to be able to see bidding and comments on the house like in the first one.

Cutting grass and turf rolls! It really sucks that the only way to change grass is in sandbox mode. I'd like to be able to fix spots in the grass and cut it down to the same size. While we're at it, maybe some dirt or sand to make trails in the ground.

Ladtly, customers. I'd like to be able to easily see what every cuztomer likes and dislikes.

I sure don't want this, I love the new style of selling the houses. The whole bidding and comments were kind of rude.

That's what gave it life though. Though I never saw any of the comments as rude, they all basically stated facts or their preferences.

But in any case. The way it is now just lacks any sort of anticipation and excitement that came with auctioning. In fact, this isn't even an auction anymore. It's basically just picking hmthe highest offer out of a few choices. It's just not fun and it doesnt really give the same feel of wanting to buy and flip more houses as the first.

Both positive and negative comments and the many different bids as they rose higher and higher gave the auctioning a purpose. And the comments helped to figure out what exactly the potential buyers were really looking for.

agreed. I miss what made hf1 a flipper game. Hf2 is more decorating

I'd like to see return of plumbing connections and plaster.
