When I load up the community properties browser, the first couple of pages don’t load any images, and if I try to subscribe to anything on any page says download failed.
It was working fine yesterday evening after the hotfix/rollback but come to play it today and can’t download community content anymore 😦

I've had this before. Try uninstalling and redownloading the game. (And make sure you've got your save backed up just in case!)
