#can’t sell houses

I was able to sell my first 5 homes nice and easily but now it won’t let me sell anything, go into auction screen press X to sell house and nothing happens. Xbox series x

What if you just use the thumbstick to move the cursor to click the sale button? Does it allow the sale then?
