For some reason, I can't place any furniture in the Gazebo -- My intention was to add a grill, a sofa or other seat, and a table but the game won't allow it. I've tried a bunch of different things, but all have a red outline, as in my picture.

That kind of ruins the concept of the gazebo, doesn't it? You could put furniture in a gazebo in House Flipper 1, why would they take that away?

I consider this a bug. It worked fine in House Flipper 1. If you can't put furniture in a gazebo, there is no point in having a gazebo. If nothing else, it makes sense to be able to put a bench or picnic table in it.

The gazebo in HF1 didn't come with a floor where as the gazebo in HF2 does. It seems as if it hasn't been configured properly to allow objects to be placed on it
