What is this glytchyness on chrome surfaces? (See the very bottom of the fridge on the picture.) I like using chrome as it's very shiny but it looks very strange around edges of the surface.

Seems glossy plastic surfaces are also like this, but usually only if it's darker than the very brightest options in the colorpicks. I'm assuming the glitchyness is still there on white, but I just can't see it then.
Definetely more visible and in more angles on the chrome surfaces though.
