Hi, The requirement for the player we are looking for to join:
- Need to be Active, at least 5d minimum. Why?

"Because we want the player not only contributing/participating to do daily and Gunsmoke, but also get the rewards for themselves, so later on when they want to level up their character or weapon, or just invest in the character they will encounter less issue in the future."
- It's very okay to be silent in the chat guild. No toxicity, no drama.
- Looking for activity, particularly on gunsmoke.

• We are not aiming to be on the top guild leaderboard (But if it is higher than I thought, I guess a good job?)
  Why?

"Difference in rewards are not that large of a gap, you get plenty of resource by doing dailies."

To explain why we not aiming for top platoon ranking, this is still on Top 100% rewards

But if it more than top 20%, then I can change the policy to semi competitive but I'm just looking for active player so they not falling out.
