Hey @golden edge please try out the hotfix beta channel and let me know if it works for you.
To install it:

  • Open Steam and go to your Library.
  • Right-click GOALS Beta and select Properties.
  • Go to the Game Versions & Betas tab.
  • In the Private Versions field, enter the password: htQl31xg1C3k
  • After entering the password, select the hotfix beta branch from the list above.
  • Steam should start downloading the update. When it finishes, launch the game normally.

If the launcher still freezes, please send the latest launcher log file and describe what you see on the screen.
The launcher log is located at %LocalAppData%/GOALS/logs/launcher_log.txt
