We're sorry about the bug with getting stuck in structures — we're aware of it and currently working on a fix for an upcoming hotfix patch.
As for the issue with dual monitors:
Currently, the game should launch on your primary monitor, as set in your system settings.
At the moment, we do not support changing monitors through in-game settings, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
However, if you’d like to play on your secondary monitor (one that’s not set as primary), there's a Windows shortcut that might help:
Windows + Shift + Left/Right Arrow
Just keep in mind this is a system-level workaround, not an in-game feature.
