-.- carl bot warned me for attaching more than 4 screenshots, but I've been to the 12 mask locations after the 4 main story ones, they are all destroyed.
However I'm stuck at 15/16, and in some locations the wraiths continue to spawn as if there were masks despite them no longer being there

so, I did the exact thing ... again, in NG+, it worked this time.
IN case this is related, DO NOT kill the last boss, before doing all 12 masks, do it after. I got the achievement to refire on the 16th mask, so that was the bugged one that never triggered it.
