So the problem everyone has now and then, cutting off a sprew, the smallest part of the mini flew off and has vanished into a dark void (Specifically Kapitan Zahara Vikul's Right Knee Plate, part K7). Before I dive too deep or pester Customer support, is getting a replacement part an even on the table option at this point? I'm well aware some of these production lines are in iffy states since there's a lot of work going into producing out the line for the factions. I just need to know if trying to contact customer support is an option, or if I'm better off cracking out the green stuff and trying to sculpt my own replacement.

Yes, you can contact support. However, it will be much faster to craft your own. You can also do both and update it upon receipt.

Put a sock over the end of a vacuum hose. The mesh will stop it being sucked up. Go wild...you'll likely find the missing piece
