Yes. Per lore morayne should be unable to use any dusk jacks as they're all designed to work for eldritch. Thankfully lore does not equal rules

Yes, lore =! rules, but in a game where:
A. Lore often reflects rules
B. The app does odd things like display the wrong repo distances, swaps animii, not correctly attach models, and disallow True Mercs in lists led by the non True Merc versions of Carver and Magnus
C. The released rules sometimes need another once over to prevent things like battlegroup leaders' battlegroup being too restrictive(iirc, Khythos could only run monstrosities for a while), or Nostilla looked capable of taking other monstrosities for a bit, and aberration went autonomous, and couldn't be healed w/ focus

"Undead warcasters of Dusk" is probably just part of an internal "Writing About House Kallyss, Colorful Phrases to Hide Repetition and Pad Word Count" style guide that didn't get updated when they made the cadre change. But ask away, I've seen less reasonable questions asked on rules forums over the years.
