Hello, I have been trying to get the status of my pledge for a while now (over a month). My backer number is #2,133. I have sent emails to steamforge and messages from kickstarter. I have never received a reply and I have not received my pledge order (Master Pledge, Flip top paint pots, and Master Paint Stand). As you can image it has been very frustrating. You guys are quick to collect my pledge, and not so quick to deliver or even give any support. Hopefully someone will see this and finally provide status. Please help...

That’s the form Firefly is referring to; have you submitted it? If so, did you get an automated response? If you haven’t submitted it, please do so. Response times are a bit lagging currently, with up to 10 working days delay. Once you’ve got confirmation you’re in the queue, they will assist you.

Ive done both, filled out this form, and replyed to the email it sent. Sent messages in kickstarter... done it all. Your the first person that has responded.

no, each time you fill it out or reply, you downgrade your ticket in the list as a replied to ticket is lower priority than an unreplied
