In SR2024 flagged terrains were called 'objective terrains/terrain objectives' and counted as objectives for purposes of placing defenses.

However, since SR25 they are called 'scenario terrains'. Do they still count as objectives for the same purpose?

does 'Near Scenario Terrain' mean inside of Scenario Terrain, or Touching Scenario Terrain that is not one of the restricted pieces (Objectives, Obstacles, and Obstructions)

so can I place it into a forest or water or the like?
