Trample rules say the model goes over small-based models. Says it stops if it hits medium base or larger, obstacle or obstructions. Flying says it can move over all of these. 1. If it can trample over the things it says it cant trample over, does it do trample damage to them?

So it can trample over everything that flying allows, but does not do trample damage to them

IIRC the Black Fleet Shrike has something that allows it to damage bigger things
