Deadeye used to call out non-spray attacks, but with this wording does it
A) Affect the whole spray as it's simultaneous, or
B) just the first roll?
If B is there a way of defining the first roll?

Only the first roll.
The first roll is the first time dice tumble out of your hand. You choose the order when making simultaneous attack rolls, but one of them is still the first.
