Does scyrafael's feat cause a pow 10 damage roll on models summoned in her control area? For example sepsira feated mechanithrall swarm or corpse crawlers? The models are placed into play.

This also applies to grim returns, as it uses the term place.

Secondly, if a leader has the power field rule and spends a focus to reduce the damage from scyrafael's feat to 0, does it still Cound as being damaged, and is therefore knocked down?

1. A model that is not on the table and is then placed on the table has no distance to measure to Scyrafael before being placed, and so Iron Storm will not trigger.
