Jack A have return fire. Jack B have shield guard. Jack A is directly hit by non-spray range attack. Jack B use shield guard. Can Jack A use return fire? Return fire is triggered when Jack A is targeted and I can make one basic attack after range attack is resolved.

Yes you can. The original model is targeted even though another model is hit so conditions apply
