As a follow-up bit of explanation to what Bulldog said: the reason is because Bulldoze now just specifies "B2B during its Normal Movement" as the trigger condition. You're not required to contact as part of an advance or anything like that.
Models in the unit are placed during their Normal Movement; therefore, assuming you place them B2B with an enemy model, Bulldoze's requirements are satisfied.
