Do models with eyeless sight ignore forests' line of sight blocking effects? We read it as no given the rules under Forest aren't cloud or concealment effects, but we did stumble a bit as, IIRC, eyeless sight did get around them in the past.

Eyeless Sight ignores cloud effects, concealment, and Stealth only. Forests are not cloud effects, so Eyeless Sight does not ignore forests.
(Eyeless Sight will ignore the concealment bonus to DEF granted by being in a forest, but you have to have LOS to the target model to begin with.)
