#Adding Late Pledge from Steamforged.com to Gamefound?

I bought the Monster Hunter Iceborne Late Pledge - Monstrous via Steamforged.com quite a while back. Now that the Pledge manager on Gamefound reopened I was looking into if I can add that Late Pledge to gamefound. Otherwise I'd have to buy an extra Core box just to be able to buy the wave 2 add-ons which would suck a bit ^^'
Is there any solution to this issue?

I'm not sure it works that way normally - as those are two different payment tracks. You'll probably have to raise a support ticket via the website to get the wheels turning, if this can even be overridden internally.

I opened a support Ticket now. I just hope that support will answer in time as last time it took almost 3 weeks and with the Pledge Manager only open till June 21st thats my main concern.

The support team seems to have gotten on top of the backlog and the turnaround for tickets has gone back to 3-5 working days. If you've not heard anything by close of next Thursday, update here and see if one of the staff can see what's taking so long.

From my non-insider perspective, support responses have gotten a lot faster now that SFG aren't administering lots of big launched simultaneously.

I wish I wouldn't have to bring it up again, but after some swift responses on the 31st and the case being passed onto their team leader due to some complications that have arisen (with origins dating back to my past case) I haven't heard back anything yet after nearly 2 weeks again. Considering the Pledge Manager closing end of next week it's getting a bit uncomfortable to just wait without any kind of status report. Especially since my past order of the Iceborne Pledge was apparently cancelled which I knew nothing of and never received a refund for either.

Hey @fossil rover — I'm a little confused here. Did you late pledge for Iceborne on the Steamforged website after the Kickstarter? If so, you should already have had your pledge transferred to Gamefound; that's part of the late pledge process.

I don't want to wade in if the team are already working on it, which it sounds like they are, so I'll flag @peak agate to look into this.

that's essentially the problem. I did the iceborne lateplegde through steamforged back when I also ordered monster hunter world. Had an adress change and the world order was reinvoiced. But to my knowledge nothing happened to the iceborne pledge. At least it wasn't rreinvoiced or refunded. My gamefound page (same email) shows no backed projects or credit under the projects tab. It would really be enough for me to know if the old iceborne pledge will be properly refunded so I can just order it again via gamefound or if it wasn't refunded after all and the credit gets added.

Sorry to be a bother. Any way that it's possible to get any kind of response from Support today? Otherwise I'll just opt to order everything again on gamefound and consider my original order as refunded like I was told it was and see to actually getting my money back after 7 months... I'm just defeated by now and this ordeal went exactly as I imagined it would go...
