I reached out to support a little over two weeks ago, it was in regards just to confirm if an errata card pack for MHW was being sent to me. I do understand that they are currently backed up atm with responses. I'm only asking because at the time i opened the ticket response time was 10-14 days and i'm currently on day 18. Should i open another ticket or just wait?

Hey Doug, did you get an auto response email after you submitted the ticket?

The 10-14 days are business days, and there have been a couple of public holidays here, so your total might need adjusting.

What day did you raise the ticket? Definitely don't open a new ticket - that'll just add more tickets and make the queue longer for everyone else.

Yes i did get the auto response email, i raised the ticket on March 20th

Yeah, so today is approximately day 11.
There have been 2 days of public holiday since then.

Day 14 will be Thursday/Friday this week, just to account for any time zone nonsense.
