Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I was never sent the board game due to the additional shipping fee and never actually being allowed to pay it by the time I noticed.
Customer support has been absolutely useless. I requested support on May 21st. They did not respond until Jun 30th and have not responded to any replies to that message. I'm not sure if that ticket is even still open now.
Can anyone here look into it? Customer support has been wildly unacceptable, and I'm not really sure what else to do about it.
