I tried assigning profile to a game, but for some reason there's really long delay before the profile finally switches. There's also same delay when interacting with any of the options in the GUI such as "Reset Profile to Previous". I am unsure if this isn't due to me having massive Steam library of games? (2000+)
Similar feature in DS4Windows switches the profile almost instantly as the process starts.

It is indeed due to "massive" library indirectly
The whole Installed Games db is one big json file so DSX working (with) it takes a lot of resources & time as things are

I am actually surprised there's no way to disable the steam scanning feature (and just keep few games) as it seems to scan the whole library every time I open DSX (not cached?)

This is now resolved with the latest update. It switches instantly now 😄
