Please send your logs.
But so far i think problem in HidHide. Try re-Instasll/Upgrade HidHide
And also we recomend turn off Steam Input

Bug with steam where an xbox controller is named Playstation, if you press the Begin Test button, you will see an xbox controller feedback

That wouldn't explain 2 controllers though would it? Hidhide is the issue most likely, same as all the other double input issues

Try Restart the controller button if you have v3.1 beta or reinstall hidhide

This is the biggest issue DSX has and hopefully it will be fixed for everyone sooner than later
