#How to use with DS4 v2 BT/USB connection

Trying to connect to my DualShock 4 v2 over BT or USB, unable to connect using DSX v3. How do I connect using this software? On the Steam store page, says it supports my particular controller, or am I looking at it wrong?

Are you sure you have launched V3. Can you show a screenshot of the UI

I had purchased it yesterday and tried for an hour to connect to it with my DS4. I have now refunded the app. My DS4 connects via steam and DS4Windows (which was set up after I purchased and installed DSX) correctly, so I am unsure why the controller would not with DSX.
