When launching DSX the app pops up for a quick second. Then it disappears from my task bar

having issues with my dsx app after todays update. when i click launch from the steam app. the dsx app pops up like normal on my taskbar for a quick second. then it disappears. it is shown in my task manager but i can not figure out how to open it up to change any settings. i tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I'm still having the same issue. when looking in task manager it is showing 2 dsx things running in background. I'm fairly new to using a pc so please bare with me

Is that the same as taskbar?
