Error Message when starting up DSX

Hey,
I have been trying to launch dsx after the update and it keeps giving me this error message. I have tried reinstalling and also when I updated i also installed the net framework and stuff

Any help would be appreciated

Same issue. reinstalled after full uninstall. Reboot, reinstall and still wont even launch.
