Currently, mana reservation reduces the mana and arcanum cost of attributes an equivalent amount to the reduction in cap, to prevent having to constantly switch between reservation levels to buy new attributes. However, this reduction does not apply to upgrades and spell level purchases, making it incredibly difficult to get enough arcanum cap to purchase them. I suggest that the reduction in cost also apply to these purchases.
