Vintage Story, a VERY Challenging game of survival and innovation. "A world of Rot and Rust, lay down your tools, and embrace the end times"
- Why should you play it?
- Vintage story is not just a "Minecraft clone" its more than that. It is an experience that requires dedication and an actual functioning neuron
- The beautiful artstyle and environment makes the game unique and aesthetically pleasing!
- The progression is actually rewarding when you progress through the game! Unlike many other games that are repetitive!
- It is very easily modable! With just one click of a button! (Recommended Vanilla friendly mods: Primitive survival, Better Ruins, Carry on, Combat overhaul, Armory, Crossbows.)
- For Multiplayer, it changes the game drastically! From this lonely and overbearing feeling to a extremely enjoyable and fun experience with friends and randoms alike! It gives it a Lively atmosphere! Since everyone is unique! Making cities, trade, and maybe even a hierarchy! (Recommended mod: VOIP)
- The Lore is expansive and deep! although not finished yet, there is so much of it! And all of it is worth it! To get the full picture, you need to find them all, unlike other games that spoon-feed it to you when you find just one! It encourages exploration!
- Every mechanic is smooth and interesting, from temperatures, to even season changes! Makes you plan ahead for winter! and even Wind power is needed for automation!
Pyro, I beg thee, please give Vintage Story a try, if you do not, it is okay, to each their own. Even tho you have once turned down this game, at least give it a thought and a second chance. Me and a few others who helped wish you luck in your future endeavours. ❤️
