It probably is "Castle Vein" from Heaven Pierce Her, who's the creator of ULTRAKILL. It's the song for level '1-3: HALLS OF SACRED REMAINS' and it is a really good track that I don't seem to get tired of it. "Glory" is a pretty close second, since its a pretty beautiful song and the level it is on is very memorable. "Deep Blue" is a pretty great song as well, but from that there's tons and tons that are on the same level and this message is pretty long already :P
