suggestions for learning how to draw :)

Videos, courses, suggestions ecc.. to learn how to draw. I tried in the past but got scourged really fast seeing slow progress (which I know it’s Normal). I felt stupid looking at my drawings and feeling cringe. Any suggestions is good, there are no bad answers.

most people i know that know how to draw started when they were really young and never really watched tutorials or got taught which resulted in slow progress and bad technique but they were consistent
