Any RoW?
I'm also not sure it's a legal list. How many points is your AL detachment?
Why wouldn’t it be legal
One for the blood angels detachment
It looks like there are only 1800pts in the AL detachment, and Alpharius takes up 465 which is more than the 1/4 allowance for primarchs in that
i think it means general army cause then the lord of war detachment wouldnt work
also i have a second version
Alpha legion
Alpharius
Champion centurion paragon blade
Legion command squad all power swords and boarding shields
5 lernaeans
3 10 man tactical squads
10 Headhunters leader has artificer armor
Leviathan dreadnought 2siege drills+ phosphex discharger
5 Legion cataphrati all combi bolter all power fists
Chaplain + plasma + power sword
Contemptor chain fist lass cannon graviton gun
10 dawnbreaker cohort
Kratos flare shields and lascannons on left/right and front mounted hunter killer middle
Yep you're right it is for the army overall
Might be worth making champion and command squad tartaros armour. And I think you could just do one siege drill on the leviathan and still get the same benefits.
IIRC allied detachments only have 1 elite slot - could move the dawnbreakers over to RoT if you really wanted a contemptor in the ba detachment
It has 2
huh, sick. then where did I get the one slot thing?
Older edition
okay cool, I'm not (that) crazy, cheers
Alpha legion

This is a different version I got help with
@bitter epoch
I'm curious why the Kratos is in the BA detachment. Are you intending to ram with it?
No it’s so I can run the praetor
Ah, I see, gotcha.
Which list do you like better
A
B
Are these "here's some things I own" lists or "I intend to buy a bunch of models to make this" lists?
I have box and kratos
But I am going to have alpharius and lernaeans
And 10 headhunters
And a leviathan
The only maluble thing is the extra unit
Rather I should say, "here's some things I have *already assembled and painted *"
I hav none assembled
kk, that makes giving advice a little easier haha
Unless you're married to a BA praetor, I'd strongly recommend keeping the Kratos AL. Having that extra bit of protection from melta shots will be far more useful, I think, than having +1s when ramming.
Which list should I go with though
I have 2 options
Yeah
I don't have a strong draw toward one or the other, honestly. They both kind of say the same thing to me, which is "why aren't I a Mobius list."
With an aggressive detachment, Mobius would put the opponent in a real tough choice I think
So should I go with the one with the blood angels detachment but replace both praetors with the chaplain and champion centurion
And put the kratos in the alpha legion detachment
And put in the command squad
Definitely the Kratos thing. Do you intend to use Alpharius to Deep Strike the XXth legion cc elements?
Oh I answered my question about Mobius already, can't do it cause Alpharius brings his own trait. derp.
I would deep strike the leviathan the cataphractii and the lernaeans
And the command squad will be alpharius retinue
